Maintain or modify your exercise and movement routine. While external changes aren’t very evident yet internal changes are happening rapidly and a healthy movement routine will set a great foundation for the rest of pregnancy.
-
Your center of gravity is changing. Physical changes begin to become more evident. You may have noticed some achiness in the first trimester, with growth and added weight you may start to experience discomforts. Establish a healthy mobility routine to carry into the third trimester.

Certified Webster Technique Provider
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that aims to balance the pelvic muscles and ligaments in a pregnant woman.
How It Works
Pelvic Alignment: The chiropractor checks and adjusts the mother's sacrum (lower back) and pelvic bones to reduce joint dysfunction and alignment issues. [1, 2]
Soft Tissue Release: The practitioner gently releases tension in surrounding muscles and ligaments—such as the round ligaments that support the uterus. [1, 2]
Creating Space: By reducing pelvic tension, the technique aims to decrease intrauterine constraint and allow the baby to move into an optimal head-down position naturally. It does not involve manually turning the baby. [1, 2, 3]
